Raspberry Explosion Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1-2 Scoops Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder (or collagen peptides)
• 3 Tablespoons Full Fat Raw Goat Yogurt (or full fat coconut milk)
• 1/ 4 to 1/2 Cup Frozen or Fresh Berries
• Water to desired consistency
• 1/2 – 1 Teaspoon spoonable Stevia
• 1 Teaspoon Greens Powder (optional)
• 1 Teaspoon Hemp Seed Oil (optional)

Mix everything together in a blender or Vita-Mix
