Fiesta Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:


Hard-boiled eggs: 4 eggs, peeled and halved

Guacamole or mashed avocado: ½ cup (about 1 medium avocado)

Fresh pico de gallo: ¼ cup

Taco seasoning: ½ teaspoon

Directions:

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half and transfer yolks to a bowl.
  2. Add guacamole, pico de Gallo, and taco seasoning to egg yolks. Use a fork to mash all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Transfer the filling from the bowl into the egg whites.
  4. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
