Ingredients:
Hard-boiled eggs: 4 eggs, peeled and halved
Guacamole or mashed avocado: ½ cup (about 1 medium avocado)
Fresh pico de gallo: ¼ cup
Taco seasoning: ½ teaspoon
Directions:
- Slice the hard boiled eggs in half and transfer yolks to a bowl.
- Add guacamole, pico de Gallo, and taco seasoning to egg yolks. Use a fork to mash all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer the filling from the bowl into the egg whites.
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
