This healthy buffalo chicken is my go-to dish to serve with a football party, or any party for that matter.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked; shredded pasture raised chicken.
½ cup Frank’s Red Hot
1 cup high fat coconut yogurt
1.5 cups raw sheep, goat, or water buffalo cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl mix all ingredients with 1 cup of cheese until thoroughly combined.
Pour dip into a glass 8×8 pan.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese then bake at 350 for 25 mins.
Serve with grain free chips (such as Siete brand) or veggies of choice.
