Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

 

Using a food processor, blend thoroughly until finely ground. Store in a air tight glass container in refrigerator. Can be used up to two weeks.
