Ingredients for chocolate chip cookies:

1 cup organic almond butter

⅓ cup stevia (or monk fruit)

½ cup collagen peptides powder or Eterna bone broth protein powder

1 large free-range egg
-
3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

1–2 Tbsp water or coconut milk (only if mixture is too thick)
Ingredients for the brownie cookies:

1 cup organic almond butter
-
⅓ cup stevia
-
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup collagen peptides or Eterna bone broth protein powder

1 large free-range egg
-
Liquid stevia, to taste (if more sweetness needed)

1–2 Tbsp water or coconut milk (if needed for texture)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).

In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chip dough ingredients. Stir until smooth and dough-like.

In a second bowl, mix brownie dough ingredients (except chocolate chips). Adjust with a little water if needed.

Scoop 1 Tbsp of each dough, gently swirl/press together into a ball, then flatten slightly.

Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle brownie side with extra chocolate chips if desired.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Be careful not to overbake. Cool before serving.
